ConnectiCare
The Situation
ConnectiCare, one of America’s highest-rated health insurance plans, wanted its Web site to be more consistent with its brand identity, and to make it easier for plan members, employers, and healthcare providers to quickly locate information. The Web site needed to lay the foundation for a planned suite of self-service Web applications, and allow for on-going change and growth as needs and information evolved.
The Solution
Acsys Healthcare worked with ConnectiCare to develop a new Web site architecture that organized content into more intuitive categories and provided flexibility for introducing new tools and applications. Acsys Healthcare then designed a new interface that visually tracked with the client’s print identity, and gave visual prominence to frequently requested tools and information. Lastly, Acsys Healthcare created an online style guide that allowed ConnectiCare to easily add and revise content and applications using a suite of specially designed templates.
