Bob Oakley
Director of Strategic Services, Acsys Healthcare
Bob Oakley joined Acsys Healthcare as Director of Strategic Services, to provide leadership for integrated consumer solutions to our healthcare clients. Bob leads and coordinates the efforts of a seasoned team of interactive marketing, web development, and healthcare operations professionals.
Bob brings 20 years of marketing and brand leadership, systems integration, and product development experience to Acsys, and has been at the fore front of industry transformations in healthcare, enterprise systems, and telecommunications industries. He has a proven ability to find winning strategies that enable companies to evolve to meet the challenges of a changing market.
Bob has worked for the UnitedHealth Group, where he led the development of innovative consumer focused products, services, and operational integration efforts, across all segments of the corporation. He joins Acsys from VBrick Systems, where he served as VP of Marketing, and has a track record of driving growth, through leading the development and execution of brand and sales systems, on-line strategies, product and service offerings, and direct and channel sales operations, with companies that include C-Cor.net, Philips NA, and Booz∙Allen & Hamilton.
Bob developed his insatiable drive to find answers to challenges while studying at the Rochester Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering. He currently lives in Connecticut with his wife and three children.
Sybil Allison Graham
Sr. Strategist, Healthcare Administration
Sybil Allison Graham joined the Acsys Healthcare team as Sr. Strategist, Healthcare Administration. In this role, Sybil is responsible for further defining and expanding upon the consulting initiative within the Acsys Healthcare Practice. This initiative is focused on providing innovative solutions to help clients optimize interactive initiatives—and better connect with consumers and partners—for competitive advantage.
Sybil brings 24 years of experience working in all aspects of healthcare delivery including national and international operations, technology and eHealth, customer and account relations, product development and management, marketing and business development, quality, cost identification and reduction, fraud prevention and risk reduction, compliance, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
Prior to joining Acsys Healthcare, Sybil served as an executive and consultant to many healthcare organizations, including CIGNA, ConnectiCare, and Rowley Memorial Medical Center, where she served as interim CEO.
Sybil is a graduate with honors from Syracuse University and holds graduate-level certification in healthcare from Cornell University.
Andy Berling
VP, Client Services
Andy brings more than 10 years of marketing, technical, and client services experience to the Acsys Healthcare team. Andy provides leadership to our client services team, which has successfully delivered projects for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, Hospital for Special Care, Halifax Health, Virginia Hospital, and many other healthcare and industry clients.
Prior to joining Acsys Healthcare, Andy spent two years as a Senior Project Manager at Outrider North America, where he was responsible for full lifecycle management of Web development, email marketing, and search engine optimization initiatives. Before answering the call of the Web, Andy spent 10 years in the skiing and outdoor sporting industry, working in both equipment manufacturing and retail distribution for Salomon NA.
Andy holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado.
Alan Mocksfield
VP, Interactive Technologies
Alan Mocksfield brings a combination of extensive technological expertise and leadership skills to his role as VP of Interactive Technology for Acsys, where he's focused on creating innovative solutions for technical business needs. Alan leads an experienced and highly competent team of web developers and infrastructure professionals that is responsible for bringing our creative ideas to life, and maintaining a high level of availability of our core systems.
Alan brings more than 23 years of technology experience in web and application development, infrastructure operations, and technology strategies and policies. Alan comes to Acsys Healthcare from a large health system in the northeast has been responsible for Medical Communications. His role in the health system brought him back to his roots of programming, leading a team of integration engineers and developers where he was responsible for all web infrastructure and development.
Alan earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Central Connecticut State University, and has had clinical experience working as an EMT.
